Hot head/face cold hands?

It's probably the caffeine. Anxiety can cause a flushed face and cold hands, caffeine can cause anxiety.

Drink plenty of bland fluids and try to relax. Water, juice, milk for example.

I've been doing this the past year or so all of a sudden. We have AC on cold and a fan and I'm fine when I first got to sleep but then if I wake up to go to the bathroom or something I start to boil like what your talking about outside in the cold and coming in my hands and feet at the worst and usually they are cold during the day as well. it's really driving me crazy as well. I wish I had an answer for you but I too wish you had an answer for me. I started looking on line cause this is the first time I've noticed it while I'm awake at night. It's very aggravating.
