Bone pain, no idea what it is?

Hi. Recently I've started getting a dull throbbing pain in the bones in my wrists, arms, thumbs and sometimes elbow. Low bone density is in my mothers side of the family and often happens younger but she said that's because of having so many kids (I'm only 20). It is worse at night but never enough for me to take pain killers but it is slowly getting more painful. I did become a vegan a few months ago and i do try very hard to get the right nutrition, however it can be hard. I did get a new bike recently and the grips are wider than my last mountain bike, so it may be the extra strain on my hands causing issues.

Any help on where this pain is coming from?

Thank you :)

Tight muscles in your wrist pull your arm closer to the wrist to cause the nerves to touch. When you make certain movements to cause the nerves to touch they send pains into your hands, in the wrists and up the arms. to keep those pains from happening again you have to free up your wrist muscles and here's how to do that:

    Wrist:

With hand resting in front of you with the palm up, bend your wrist as far as you can.. Then press into the area behind the wrist, where they take your pulse, and hold a good amount of pressure on it. After 30 seconds slowly open your wrist up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

the main glaring answer is a minor fracture interior your forearm. in case you probably did sleep incorrect sometime then possibly you pulled a muscle of slept on an merchandise that positioned great stress on your arm. yet yet another ingredient is to make confident all your bones have not somewhat shifted because of the fact one time that occurred to me in my elbow and that i don't even know what i did so i guessed slept incorrect. in case you're rather unlucky you will have acute arthritis.
