Headache from FPS games?
I'm one of those people who gets headaches and nausea from FPS games.
Is there any way to "cure" or at least reduce these effects from FPS? I would like to play some of my 360 games like Halo and COD, but I can't for more than 5-10 minutes because I'll get a headache. Then if I play longer, I start getting a stomach ache (nausea).

Hi! :)
Is it only on 360 or PC? Because it MAY be your monitor/TV screen. And radiation. Also, take some pepto/tea/stomach calmers before playing. I think a smaller/bigger TV (whichever fits your needs for your head!) also may ease your head.
It ALSO may be the sound!! Sound/brain reaction times. Have you tried muting the game? Headphones could make it worse. Or even just lower the volume.
And keep yourself hydrated with water.

its only in the single player. you could buy a pair of gaming glasses.. but when i started playing it was really bad. the more you play the game, the less you feel that way. put a couple days in and you wont feel a thing.

Sucks to be you?
it's ironic because when I am not feeling under the weather, then I start to play games and makes me feel better.
