Why am I not losing weight or seeing an improvement?

I'm 5'4 and weigh around 115 lbs

I eat less than 1,000 cal a day and I do about 30-35 minutes of moderate cardio 6 times a week (running/walking combo) and I burn about 150 cal each time

I also do hip raises, crunches, bicycle crunches, squats, planks, push ups, etc daily, and haven't seen any improvement.

How can I change this?

also I understand that I'm at a healthy weight but I'm unhappy with myself.

    How long have you been dieting and exercising? Generally, you don't see a significant difference until about a month or two later anyway.

    Go and have one of those well-woman/man check ups, they'll tell you if you need to lose anymore weight. You don't want to look anorexic do you?!

    Eat 1500 calories a day and keep up the cardio. Get 100 grams of protein, weigh yourself once a week after waking up to check progress.

    You aren't eating enough. Your body is storing the extra fat because it's thinking you'll be in famine or something. Really, you need to eat 1,200 calories to maintain a steady metabolism. Not eating enough is the biggest thing! And if you exercise a lot, you'll need to eat more. It sounds crazy, but it's all about science.
