How can I stop my cabinet doors from coming loose?

I had my kitchen remodeled a few years ago so my warranty is expired. But some of my cabinet doors are always coming loose, to the point that I have to tighten the screws on an almost daily basis to prevent the doors from hanging crooked. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? I was wondering if placing gorrilla glue in the holes where the screws go would help or create more problems? So disgusted with the workmanship!

Sounds like the holes are stripped out. You can use glue on it. It shouldn't be a problem.

It's normal for wood to loosen around screws sometimes. I never had success with Gorilla Glue, I have always used epoxy. Just glue the screws in. If you might ever want to remove them you can fill the hole and put tape over it while the glue sets, then drill a pilot hole and put the screws in.

Take some wood slivers, such as broken-up flat toothpicks. Cover them with Elmer's Glue & shove in the holes. While the glue is still wet, put the screws in. Leave the doors alone for a few hours while it dries. They should stay in place. I think Gorilla Glue would be too permanent.
