breastfeeding question?

ok so i pumped at 9 am. did not feed cuz i had to work. pumped at 2 pm and 5pm. fed for 1/2hr after. will pump at 9pm and 12am, and dump because ive been drinking. will my supply be ok? seeing how i only fed one time today and am nervous. i dont want my supply to drop. help!

just so you all know, i havent had a night out in 7 months. i am a single mother and i just wanna have a little break. i dont need the effing criticism ok????

    Both pumping and alcohol reduce your supply.

    You don't have to pump and dump. Wait a few hours after your last drink, and you should be fine. Try to get another feeding from the breast in tonight after the alcohol's out of your system.

    If you want long term breastfeeding success, you're going to have to change your habits.

    If you are sober enough to drive, you are sober enough to breastfeed. No need to pump and dump unless you are REALLY drunk.

    Might as well stop trying to breastfeed if you're more concerned with partying and such.
