need a good lie about how my truck was damaged?

I got really pissed in an argument and I pushed my driver door really hard, it bent, the door closes but the seal is broken and now water gets into my truck. I dont wanna tell my parents I did this cause they would be so mad how I can lie and say someone else did this?

also I pushed to door when it was open, so idk how I would say someone hit me and made my door come away from the truck?

Don't lie to your parents.Tell em what you did and admit you screwed up.You'll be glad you did.Lying has a way of becoming a habit.No one likes,or trusts,a liar.
