Reproducing ads in podcasts?

I have decided to start a podcast reviewing new film releases. My question is, if I include certain audio clips of the ads for movies is that copyright infringement? I have been trying to read up on it to find out but I am confused. I think it may fall under fair use because it's technically ''commentary'' on the films but I am really not sure.

Yes, I'd conclude this to be fair use as well. See link to this great site I found giving a very detailed and extensive description about podcast trademark issues. See section about Fair Use.
