Buying Adobe Creative Suite Software?

I admit having recently looked to the dark side of obtaining software by browsing (browsing) a few torrent sites in an attempt to find earlier releases of Adobe Creative Suite packages because :

1) They cost a load of money (Production Premium, which is what I want as all I want is Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects)

2) I don't wanna buy an entire suite of 5+ programs when I only intend to really use 2

I gave up on torrents/illegal downloads as:

1) It's illegal and I felt so dirty looking

2) It's illegal

3) I figure there's a 50/50 chance doing that'll screw my PC with a virus

4) It's dodgy and probably wouldn't work anyway (ie there'd probably be a problem with the downloaded software)

What I'd IDEALLY like, and where I think Adobe is going wrong with this stuff (unless I'm mistaken, please correct me if so) is that there doesn't appear to be any way to legally and properly purchase custom Creative Suite packages (IN STORES) as boxed software (as opposed to downloads, which I don't want to do as I prefer boxed software, and those downloads would be enormous).

For example, the current release is Creative Suite 6 (as of Oct 2012). I want Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects so, logically, the Production Premium CS6 package would be ideal (as it has both and is the lowest costing suite). However, Production Premium also comes with about 3 other, somewhat expensive, programs which I don't require (I think Audition is one, which looks alright, but I have other music making software).

Does anyone know:

1) Is there any way to purchase BOXED versions of either individual CS6 software, or custom made packages (eg with 2 programs) and avoid spending a ton of money for stuff you don't need? In this country, CS6 Production Premium costs around $3000 (think that's around 1.5k US) which is stupid if you only intend to use a couple of the programs it has.

And they wonder why pirate sites exist - cos Adobe charges so freaken much for what they sell (no argument about quality, it's just the price).

First off, there is a reason why the software retails for so much. It's because it costs a lot of money to create. Figure the creative team behind the adobe creative suite is 100 people. Let's just assume they all make $70,000 per year (and I'm sure some of them make much more). That means that just in salaries, Adobe is paying $7 million each year. Now, factor in Adobe's overhead (servers, computers, utilities, etc, and give them a marginal profit, you can figure that Adobe spends somehwere close to $20 million to provide a new version of the Creative Suite.

Now, on to your part about only wanting Premiere and After Effects. You can purchase these two titles individually from Adobe...but there is a reason they don't provide a Creative Suite with just those two titles. The Creative Suite is not designed for the average person sitting at home who wants to put together a few video clips to upload onto youtube. The Creative Suite Production Premium version is designed to help with video production. This means that the targeted user will need Photoshop, Illustrator, Speedgrade, and Audition...and many of them will also want Encore.

I"d also venture to say that as you begin using it, you'll find yourself using alot of those other titles that you didn't plan on using...

    Just wanted to recommend WindowsProfessionalKeys.com

I have helped people " who cannot afford" computing, refurbish old systems donated by schools and WindowsProfessionalKeys.com has really enabled me to give these people good software that would normally be out of their reach ( I don't charge for my service,) just thought I would pass the word on
