Idea's, How can I loose 3kg?
I have no idea, so far I have lost 2 kg's.What I'm looking for are exercise plans (I don't have a gym membership) and/or meals, and a time frame it will take me,and anything else you can think of that will help aid me to loose this. :)

Do high intensity workouts of 40mins and low-med intensity workouts for 20 mins for 6 days. ate reasonably without dieting hard, with protein breakfasts and bread only for lunch if that. Try exercises in disguise like window shopping around the mall.
(high intensity is when you cant hold a conversation and are sweating, Low is when you not out of breath and can talk, med being when your a little out of breath, can talk somewhat with or without sweating)

The KEY to loose weight is change your diet. Don't starve yourself because there WILL be relapse. Keep yourself full at all time but replace unhealthy foods for healthier foods. Also, EXERCISE is a must. It's unavoidable. No pain, no gain, right? However, don't push yourself way too hard the first time around. Say you just decided it to work out, take it easy at first and build on from that as time elapses. Those two in mind = perfect body. Don't ever set your goal as "Im going to loose this much weight" but rather "I want a healthier lifestyle." Our brain is really weird, once you think of the word "diet" it triggers all kinds of reaction -- it makes you want to eat. So don't think of it as "diet" okay? Good luck!

Eat 1200 calories a day and walk or run 5k a day. You will lose 2 lbs a week..sorry I do not know kg
