Pulled Mustle? What to do?

Near my left arm to the right of my armpit i pulled a mustle and it is really bugging me. how do i heel it faster? what stretches can I do to make it heel faster. Its really bugging me and i have a tournement for field hockey over the weekend and i dont want it to bug me for the game

    get a gym sock and fill it with dry rice,,,,,,tie off the end,, microwave it for 70seconds,, apply it to the muscle,, it will do the job. Good luck

    try to put a bend on , with ice and the white of the eggs. put the bend in a cup with the proteins of 2 or 3 eggs and mix, then put the wet bend on your arm and wait until the bend is hard , the next morning you ll feel better , trust me !
