Of course your new computer won't come bundled with Microsoft Office free of charge. It's premium software - so I won't help you getting it "for free", because that would be software piracy.

You can use Google Docs, you can use OpenOffice, you can use Star Office, or you can use Office Web Apps. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/web-apps/

Or, you can buy Microsoft Office.

can download them for free from Microsofts 'Office' area, @<www.microsoft.com> and what it's enclosed in. some times creates a blue link. There is also OpenOffice from Opensoftware, open source, like firefox,THE very graphical internet we use, was purely a gift, from Tim Burners-Lee.I feel it has been ' held against him 'with a logic that allows one to see through a keyhole at ten paces.

tbl or TB-LorTBL, while improving A large British, telecom, Tim BL he helped a pal whose stumbling through the arcane TCP commands computers and telecom used to bother. In doing so Tim Berners-Lee completely and totally changed the internet, going drom typed text to graphics war nice and opened a great number ofdoors.

But download Microsoft's, watch out for the 'office' when mostly wanting to write things, plus Excell has a learning curve, a long one.

Legally, you can't: that would be stealing.

You can't get Office 2010 illegally either. Cracked versions are rare and hard to install successfully. Quite frankly, if you have to ask where to get a cracked copy, you don't have the necessary knowledge to install it.

There are free alternatives to Word and PowerPoint, which do the same thing but in a different way. If you choose to try them, be prepared to have to hunt a little for some less-common functions. The most popular alternative seems to be OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org/download/ ); it includes Writer and Impress, which are like Word and PowerPoint.

Of course, you don't have to use an Office alternative: you can use Office itself: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/home

You can always use Microsoft Office for free in your web browser.

    Authenticate with Facebook at docs.com

    http://www.docs.com/

    or

Authenticate with Hotmail, Windows Live, or other Microsoft ID at SkyDrive.com

    http://www.skydrive.com/

To get the full version installer, go to Microsoft's Office web site:

Both are paid programs. If you bootleg them you risk viruses, and problems with the programs and you would be a thief subject to prosecution for the theft.
