expense/month: 600 + 105 + 390 + 250 + 4700= 6045
profit/ pint: 3.47 - 2.24= 1.23
6045/1.23= 4915 pints of honey to break even
monthly expense: 6045 + 180= 6225
6625/1.23= 5386 pints of honey
