How do I edit an 'age' field in Access 2010 so the age is auto calculated?

I make tables all the time and,  while I do have some formal training using MS Access 2010,  I still get stumped on small things like what I'm about to describe (and need help on).

Myy table has a 'Date of Birth' field (00/00/0000) and also an 'age' field.  I want to edit the design of the table so that the age of the record is automatically calculated against the date of birth in relation to today's date (eg,  if today is June 3,  2013,  and I was born on July 2,  1980,  I want the table to automatically enter my age as of today's date which would be 32).

How do I edit the necessary fields (MS Access 2010) to automatically work out this age without my having to do it manually?

In Microsoft Access, the DateDiff function returns the difference between two date values, based on the interval specified.
