does this sound like I have an eating disorder? 10 points best answer?
hey:) im 14, 15 in a few weeks 5'4 and 108 pounds. my measurements are 22" waist, 27 hips and 29 bust area... a year ago I was 130 pounds and I starved myself for ages and I went really really downhill and became very ill, I lost my periods around june last year and I went down to 98 pounds. I was excersizing for a hour everyday, and eating like 600 calories. I calorie counted and refused to eat anything I thought was bad. I was terrified of gaining weight or being fat and I started to think of nothing but food and weight. it affected my moods and I became really anxious and stressed, my friend was trying to help mme and I kept pushing her away and a few times I tried to make myself sick because I got so hungry I ate loads one day. I went to the doctors and they told me that I needed to gain weight because my bones stuck out. I did and I was a little happy for a while but I still refuse to eat bad things, and I still calorie count, I excersize for about 2 hours most days and run 3 miles a few times a week. I eat like 1300 calories and I am a lot happier but I still obsess and hate my body, I sometimes have no energy and get really stressed out and think im fat. I will basically only eat things that are healthy, and I don't have my periods back. I don't know if it sound like something is wrong with me :/ I really want to be healthy and I don't know whether this will affect me in the future...

If you have to ask, you have one. Don't hate your body. You are 108 pounds and that is very little. If anything you could gain a little weight. And you should bring your calorie consumption up to at least 1600 calories. Also, working out for 2 hours a day is excessive and will cause exhaustion. Just relax, and remember that you look fine.
Remember that most guys like girls who love their bodies. Guys like girls who aren't at war with themselves, it shows self confidence which is the most attractive thing anybody could have. People aren't judging you on how fat you are, when you are extremely skinny they judge you about how skinny you are. So just stay the way you are now and stop obsessing over your body because if you show confidence in yourself than others will see you as that much more beautiful.

Yes, you have an eating disorder. You need to see a mental health expert because eating disorder is a mental illness. You seem to be doing better than before, but not by much because your MIND is still stuck on the fear of being fat.
Starving yourself at your age when your body is at the start of its growth spurt WILL be detrimental for you in the future just as it has been in the present. The only people who should be eating 1300 calories are those who are clinically obese.

Try to have times for your meals for example at 8:30 AM Breakfast then lunch at 12 o'clock and dinner 5 o'clock then supper 8 o'clock and so on.. Try to get some Some kind Structure on you Eating pattern Instead of eating willy-nilly

You need to eat least 2000 cals plus the amount you burn . It will keep you lean and fit. Trust me you can eat balanced and look good. Just do it it's the only way
