which of these are the best excersizes?

i was wondering what the best ways to excersize are, and how often I should do each of these workouts,

workout 1- 3 mile run, in 25 minutes

workout 2- 30 minutes on the crosstrainer, 20 minutes insanity and 30 minutes ab workouts

im a girl by the way. 15 years old, 5'5 and 107 pounds

    Hi, I think based on your weight all what you need to do is maintain it , no need to burn any fat, so it will probably be better for you to do a 30 minutes workout a day, and everyday you chose one of the exercises you mentioned in your question, a variety of exercises help you work on different muscles everyday and help you motivated, I personally get bored when I do the same exercises over and over again, I try to do different workouts everyday.i hope that was helpful, good luck

    id say, workout 2, your still young and it would be a good idea to workout your muscles more, you will at the same time loose weight and get fitter, AND you work out more of your body, but you wont gain much strength or muscles from running. its good to have body strength :D
