I have 14 piercings, Canines, Septum, Nipple, Navel, Triple Helix, Tongue, Industrial and two cartilage piercings if it matters and I'm a guy

Since you have a lot of piercings, I don't think pain will be much of a factor. However, rejection rate is high, since your nape is not flat and moves a lot. It can also be easily irritated by clothing.
