What should I do/make for my anniversary?

My boyfriend and I make 3 years next week and we agreed not to spend money on gifts like we usually do, since we're broke college students. I usually always make something for him every time I give him a present (my thing is I always buy a present and then make a present for him) but thats probably why I ran out of ideas! :( I made a photo album for our first year, and last year I was only able to make him a card because the present I was going to buy didn't work out (I was going to take him surprise go-karting... the place shut down -.-) and now I don't know what to do. I've made him personal shirts, got a picture frame with a picture of us in it, I'm all out of creativity! All I can find online is the "traditional yearly wedding anniversary presents" which is all money spending. Please help me come up with ideas!

ok, just ignore all these negative comments. me and my bf are together for 3 years to, and we'll probably get married soon. But ! this is an anniversary, and you don't need to take **** from those others. my advice is a little homemade book witm memories. and the book is made out of ordinairy paper with a cardbord back and frond. i saved the ticket from our first date, some dirty references, a couple of funny and sweet memories and i just said at the end that i really love him and that he's so important to me. he just loved it. go for it ! (:

I did many things for my boyfriend, but at the end we break up due to some issues. I feel wasted to do so much things for a guy who's not guaranteed will stay with us till the end. Now I'm married with another guy and now I feel so worth to do anything for him. My advise, keep your love and affection for your husband, even if you will marry your boyfriend. If you do everything now, what you will do for your husband? I'm just sharing my own life experience.
