Does this motherboard have native support for windows 8 and the FX 6300?

It is an ASrock motherboard, it says on the website that it is ''windows 8 ready'', however I am not so sure due to the reputation of the brand. Also, it says the FX-6300 is supported since BIOS version P 1.20/ 1.20, however I don't know if that BIOS version comes immediately with the mobo, right out of the box. To re-cap: does this motherboard have native windows 8 support, as well as for the FX-6300? Thanks :)

    I'm curious to know where you've seen on their site it says anything about being Win8 ready?

    And why link to Newegg on it and not to the Asrock page?
