PS3 emulator? How do I play games and from where?

After I have download ps3 emulator how do I download games for pc i mean I really need a ps3 cd for playing games and or can I download the content from net If so the plz give me a site name and if not should cd be original I mean what if I have a pirated I want to play games on ps3 emulator and I don't have much money to buy CDs too all I want games that I can download free if possible or could pirated CDs work

    there is no working ps3 emulator. why does it seem like the majority of gaming questions from yahoo answers india revolve around pirating games....

    NO such thing exists. There is NO PS3 emulator.
