What should I do? Job question?
After 8 years with the same employer, my position was eliminated in May. I scrambled...applied for numerous positions, took many interviews...and landed a position doing better that I left..within 5 weeks. After being hired, I found out that there was high turnover in this position. The GlassDoor ratings are a bit low for the company. I tried to investigate, and all I can find out is that managment can be a bit querky. My manager seems cool, I have a mentor...and the job seems interesting. However, I have kept my eyes open, just in case. I now have another offer with an unknown company, and a higher GlassDoor rating.
What should I do?
Take the new job, or hang tight in the current one?

Here is a suggestion, ask your family and friends, not strangers because (and not to be rude), why do you think we even care what you do?
What do you want us to tell you next? Where to eat lunch next Monday?
