Windows 8.1 installation question. URGENT?
Hi, so I am using the instruction and software on this website:

to put windows 8.1 to my USB memory stick. Here is my scenario: I have recently built my own PC, that has nothing installed on it. I would like to install windows 8.1 on it from my USB, instead of using a media drive, as I do not have one. My question is, will I be able to do that with the program and instructions given on that website? Thanks! As I'm not quite sure.

These instructions won't work for your newly built computer since the program you have to download is Windows based, meaning you need to have Windows installed in order to run the program.
I'm assuming you already have purchased Windows?
If you have an extra computer with at least Windows 7 on it, you can set up your flash drive on the extra computer. Once that's done, you just plug in the flash drive to your new computer and tell it to boot from it.
