changed the sim on samsung note 2 than all the pics gone, please tell me how to recover yhem and why it happened?

You may have taken out the SD card. It's plastic, thicker and smaller than the SIM card.
If you don't have cell service anymore, your pictures may have been on the cloud, and if you lost Data access, you don't have access to them either. Connecting to WIFI might fix that.
SIM cards do not hold pictures, so something else happened.
