Best video editing downloads for android or computer?

I don't have a job and I know my parents won't pay for it. If there are any free things that I can download that work great I'd love to know them. It absolutely does not have to be fancy AT ALL. I just want to crop out parts where I'm thinking about what I'm gonna say next to make my videos shorter. Please don't tell me to get a job either. I literally can't. I'm in too many sports and academic activities to even have a job. Please if there are any video editing apps or downloads that are free and do what I want them to do please please please help me.

    this website can help you edit video and it gives you a free trial, so you could try it and if it works and you make something good out of it then maybe your parents will be willing to pay money for it.

    Try Lightworks. Pretty big video editing software you can use.
