brakes will studder like air in line the same way ONCE everyday then ABS light comes on?

Air in the line does not cause brakes to "stutter". Air in the lines causes a soft pedal and reduced braking force.

The ABS is probably triggering. Likely from a bad wheel sensor or tone ring.

That's the ABS pump activating due to a failing wheel speed sensor. probably one of the front sensors. You need to find a mechanic with an ABS scan tool to read ABS codes. OBD II code readers won't work.

Well bleed your brakes then you know if you have air in the lines or not
