There is no way anyone can give you an average of your utilities. Power & water are determined by your usage. The cost for your trash pcik up may included with your rent if you live in an apartment community; if you rent a SFH, you'll need to fet the cost for that service from your landlord. The amount of your internet / cable bill is determined by the package you select & if Brighthouse is running a promotion at the time you sign up.

There is no such "average". The funny thing about utility bills is that they depend on how much YOU UTILIZE them. What someone else pays for electricity who lives across the street is MEANINGLESS to how much you will have to pay each money. They may like the house warmer....or cooler. They may not be good at turning off lights. They may like to run the AC with the windows open. Same with water......someone who has a pool will have a MUCH higher water bill than someone who doesn't.
