Update:

Update 2:

700W AF OUTPUT IS A LOT OF POWER THAT REQUIRES SPEAKERS LOAD AT LEAST 1000W TO AVOID TOO MUCH POWER BURNING DOWN THE SPEAKERS.

POSSIBLE NOW MOST YOUR SMALL SPEAKERS WERE ALL BURNT AND SHORTED,THAT WAS WHY CRACKING SOUND COMES OUT FROM BURNED AND DEFORMED SPEAKER VOICE COIL.

TV audio output goes to amp inputs. Speakers connect to amp speaker outputs. That is a very powerful amp and you would not want to connect small home stereo type speakers to and and crank up the volume. You will damage them. You need large speakers that can handle that kind of power.

It is also possible that the amp itself has some type of issue. Take it to any store that sells PA equipment and have them test it (Guitar Center?).
