Sister has mental disorder?

She used to be highly motivated and way more social and independent. Now she can't keep a job, she's on welfare, can't stop thinking about eating healthy and her mental health. She spends all her money on vitamins. She lost tons weight from not eating enough. She's not anerexic from what I can see. She has mood swings. Thinks everyone is against her. Cuts everyone off. Is constantly getting therapy and getting whatever help she can. She is insistent that ADHD is a mental disorder that she has that is to blame for everything that goes wrong on her life. She literally thinks she's crazy due to it. Gets angry really easily. Name calls. She is just not connected with reality. Is there a disorder that sounds like this?
