can babies use regular toilets? if not what are the risks??

    Yes but use a booster seat to avoid them falling into the actual bowl

    Sure - if the opening is very small and the seat allows them to be balanced on it without falling.

    You mean children who have been potty trained? They can use the regular toilet with help. The issues are that it is too high, they need help [or a stool] to het up on it; the hole is big, so they need to avoid falling into it, or falling off the toilet. Usually they hold onto the seat, so they of course need to wash hands afterward.
