Why do the only ones surprised by right wing nationalist violence seem to be Trump supporters with a poor knowledge of history?
If you read history books about people with the Demagogue political style of Donald Trump, most of the time they inspire violence in a subset of their supporters. It happens in country after country decade after decade, why didn't Trump supporters see this coming?

It's not that they are surprised, trumpanzees just flatly deny it is happening. I saw a news segment where they interviewed people leaving one of Lying Donnie's rallies and when asked about the bomber answers ranged from " anyone can put Trump stickers on their van" to "I think they mailed the bombs to themselves". These are mental midgets that Trump appeals to.
