I don't understand these questions at all. You can get an almost never ending list of baby names on google.

Try making new names that are anagrams of your own.Having all the characters named like that would be cool.

I'm "old school" and entering my senior years, so I rely on paper copies of "name your baby" books. There are SO many names, depending on nationality, ethnicity, regional names, family names (We called you Tabitha to honour your great-aunt" or "Your great-grandma was partial to the name Micah".) names of famous persons, religion, popularity in a certain time period (flower names in the Victorian era; new age type names in the late 1960s). The internet has a lot of "name" sites, and the Library of Congress subject heading is "Names, Personal" if you choose to look in a printed book.
Think of your character. Is he from Earth or another planet? Is she a human or an animal, reptile or bird? What is his nationality (or her parents' nationalities)? What is their religion? What are the family dynamics (e.g. Would his parents name him with his great-grandma's choice or after Uncle Lester?) What were the most popular names when she was born? Would her parents name her Lilac, Marie, or Rainbow if they were popular, or Delphine, Martha, Murphy or Butterfly if those were not in fashion?
