Why do my legs feel heavy?

I havent been exercising and my legs dont look swollen but they feel so heavy when I walk like someone has attached weights to them

    Might be mononucleosis, when I had it back in the early 70s that was one of my symptoms, the other was extreme tiredness. I don't remember any other symptoms like the ones when you google it. You may want to visit your doctor.

    Looks like the only suitable answer is lack of masterbation. Sexual frustration is a leading cause of fatigue. Also there does exist other things like mono but idk you didn’t say any other symptoms. Might just be horny :-)
