So I have a high wbc a high neut and a low lymph so scared this means leukemia?

    You probably dont have leukemia.

    A lot more info would be needed to identify the cause, but this is a pretty common result when a person has had a recent viral infection. If you had the blood test repeated 2-3 weeks from now and got the same result, then it might be time to consider something other than a response to a virus. There's more than a dozen things that can cause this type of blood cell count, so leukemia is not a likely in any case.
