You have to be careful with that, because the logic can be turned around and used against those venting about Muslims. If we say "not all whites", then we should apply that same mindset in regards to Muslims.

That said, there is a difference. The difference is that whites offer no excuses for slavery, condemn its past usage and have no desire to see it return. Many Muslims, while not terrorists, do not fiercely speak out against it, either choosing to stay silent or saying the issue is "complex". Keep mind, thousands of Muslims danced in the streets as 3000 people were burned and crushed to death.
