U can test it yourself with a thermometer. Output should be at least 20 degrees cooler than input.

If YOU feel the a/c isn't doing it's job in your Peug,., 'consult your nearest dealer'!!

It may need re-gassing.   As was the case with my curent 2008.

Ignorant question. We do not know if you are driving in the Arizona desert or Northern Ireland. We do not know the condition of the a/c system in your 5 year old vehicle. We do not know your personal tolerance for heat and what your personal "comfort zone" is.

All we can say is that if the system is in good nick and you do not drive in a hot desert the a/c should be adequate for most people.

What is "cold enough"? That is completely subjective...

Or, in other words, some will answer yes and others will say no. No one will have any idea if the A/C in the 5 year old vehicle you're specifically referring to will perform to your satisfaction or not.
