Peugeot 206 (2006) boot won't open from outside, stuck closed, no key fob available. Don't see hole to stick something in it to open. Ideas?

If you need a new fob then get one!

You need to spray WD40 into the lock. See if you can do this where the broad button that you press and lift to open the boot. If there is a rubber seal squirt the WD pass this. If this doesn't work the motor may be dead.

Some have a button somewhere in the front passenger compartment you push to pop it open. If there's not an inside release button, the problem can be really big. Look over the owners manual to see if it shows an interior release button or lever.
