I have a Window 10 Home problem, I ask for your experience?

I am resetting window 10 to factory settings, the problem is that after I put in all the information it ask of me you know (what country), (language preferred), (key board layout) and (time zone), I click the NEXT button it goes into its normal process and tells me "JUST A MOMENT" then it automatically does a RESTART and shows the LOGO then goes back to the screen that ask me for (country, language preferred, key board layout and time zone. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem and if so would you please share your solution. It like a loop that the computer can't come out of.

Did you put the product key in? You can try this unplugged the computer and if it has a battery take the battery out hold the power button in for a full size 40 seconds if you can take the ram out and put it back in then do that also just to purge the ram. Then restart the computer and try again. don't forget to check the little box that says that you agree to this that and the other thing because if you don't check the box it'll keep bringing you back until you check the box.

Make sure you back up all your personal information, now try reformatting in the SAFE mode, that may help you
