Signification

I'm taking a Python course and not sure how to use these kinds of operators.

In "Programs and Features" I don't have as part of the list the app called "Meet Now".  I didn't ask for that app and I didn't give permission to install it.  How can I get rid of any app that is not listed in "Programs and Features"?

In my math book it gives the answer to this problem

The answer is the improper fraction  14 over 5   (14/5)

Every time I attempt to solve the problem I always come up with

54/5  fifty-four over five.  I don't know where I am going wrong.  I follow all the steps of the instructor, but I don't know where I am not canceling out or reducing to lowest terms to get to the right answer.

Again the problem is 10 divided by 25 over 27.  I don't know how to come to the answer 14/5 fourteen over five.

I am resetting window 10 to factory settings, the problem is that after I put in all the information it ask of me you know (what country), (language preferred), (key board layout) and (time zone), I click the NEXT button it goes into its normal process and tells me "JUST A MOMENT" then it automatically does a RESTART and shows the LOGO then goes back to the screen that ask me for (country, language preferred, key board layout and time zone. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem and if so would you please share your solution. It like a loop that the computer can't come out of.

What is the religious significance, or message besides the pain it would obviously have on a person. forgive my curiosity.

I know that having an education can be used to strengthen your ability to write, but I ask, does a person have to have a degree in writing for instance to write a good book or even a best seller? I've been interested in writing myself, and have noticed that every author has come out with a University Degree.
