In Canada, do you pay taxes when you do not have a job?

I live in Ontario Canada. I quit my job for some time now and starting to pursue of becoming a Youtuber. Im' not getting any money from making Youtube videos right now and I'm currently living in my savings. Do I still need to pay taxes?

    Jobless? No income tax but every time you buy something, you still have to pay the sales tax.

    If you have no income, you do not pay INCOME taxes.
