How to convert Quicktime Video Screen Capture to smaller file sizes?

I have about 10 longer Quicktime Video Screen Capture files which are massive (10+GB). I was wondering if there is an app or software that I can bulk shrink the file sizes and/or convert to H.264?

I have google searched for this but most of the search results that I get are junk spammy software.

I am either looking for a reputable paid software or a good freeware/open source software.

I am using Mac OS Catalina

Thanks a lot!

Look for free video editor programs. Adobe Premiere is probably the most popular but it's not free. Here is a list I found for free Premiere alternatives for Macs:

I didn't get any ads or spam crap from the above link. I do use a sercure browser. If you don't use a secure browser that blocks that crap you may get some ads and popups. Which one is "best" is a matter of opinion. What might be the 'best' in someone's opinion might not be the 'best' for someone else.

There's a list of them to check out. I'm not very savvy with Apple MacandCrap computers so I don't know for sure but Apple iMovie might be pre-installed. You might already have the video editor you're looking for that will do it.

To learn how to use the program you choose to do it with YouTube is popular for tutorials.
