When Mica Mosbacher said on the BBC this morning , that the president had more energy than two 30 year olds, was she speaking from personal knowledge of an event?

I don't get how people think Trump is high energy. During his speeches, especially nowadays, he always sounds out of his depth and a bit slow.
He is better than Biden, but that's not saying much.
