do landlords apply for cares act for get money?
if the tenants cannot give landlords money,,, landlords need to apply for cares act. did u know that? what do u think.

The tenant has to provide proof that they can't pay rent as a result of losing their job... due to Covid19 at that point a landlord can apply for the Cares Act. The tenant is still responsible for all rent due and will have to pay up sooner or later.

The only landlord who would get PPP money would be a landlord with employees.
Owning rental properties is an investment. Investments involve risk. The government does not guarantee that owning rental properties (or stocks) will be profitable. If someone's investment is not achieving their goals, they can sell it.
If someone wants an investment with a guaranteed rate of return, they should consider US savings bonds.
