Kia vs jeep?

There are MILLIONS of JEEPS with BAD FAILONG ENGINES! The BEST ones were the ones with the ORIGINAL STRAIGHT SIX< hands DOWN!  They NEVER wore out as they had OIL SPRAY JETS on them! LATER engines including the 3.7 and 4.7 engines ARE JUNK ! They DUMP their rocker arms and use a VERY dated INJECTION SYSTEM even though it is STILL BOSCH< the INVENTOR and PERFECTOR of REAL fuel injection!. IO would NEVER want a JEEP ! they are CLUNKY and F JIGGLY with les control! I LOVE AUDI CARS!  The QUATTRO and SUBARUS with their AWD system is SUPERB and has GREAT longevity! The ENGINES are a modern MARVEL based on PORSCHE technology from WW II!  Teh JEEP eventually got the PENTS ATAR engien and THAT was GRET! NOW they use the FIAT MULT AIR ENGIEN for BETTER fuel miles! I would NOT generally buy a JEEP just for the RIDE quality! The FORD EXPEDITION Is more like a CAR than a TRUCK! AND AUDI and BMW are the REALL winners here! You can get a SUPERB BMW twin turbo X3 ON LINE for about $12,000 USED! They WILL LAST to 500,000 miles with a FEW BUMPS! SAME for good used AUDI Q3 ones! The BWN has TWIN TURBO FOUR and TWIN TURBO straight SIXC! Both are VENERABLE and made the way they SHOUDL BE!.. The BEST American cars NOW feature GERMAN steering and TRANNIES! There are 27 ZF plants in the USE that MAKE TRANNNIES that can Handle the power MADE by N MODERN TURBO and SSUPERCHARGED ENGINEs! The BEST cars use GERMAN ATE GIRLING or BREMBO BRAKES! GM has ALWAYS had the WORST brakes EVER! They even use ALUMINUM  DRUMS on the X cars and there are NO MORE A< or J cars out there! they were TEMPORARY JUNKERS! NO FIEROS <they ALSO were JUNKERS! Gm now uses TURBO OPEL engien in the TRAX and the ENCORE. And KORAEN DAEWOO engines in MANY CHEVY smaller cars like the SPARK and the SONIC and the AVEO! adn gthere was the VIBE< that si REALLY a TOYOTA MATRIX that was DETUNED to be a GN CAR! you can take the AC DELCO plugs out of a VIBE and install DENS TWIN TIP IRIDIUM LASER PLUGS and get 20% MORE POWER and ECONOMY! GM plugs and COLLANTS are HORRIBLE and it cost GM a FORTUE when they were SUED for every car made from 96-2003 for GASKET FAILURES as the DEXCOOL dissolved the INTAKE GASKETS! >>>I am INPRESSED by the KIA SOUL for LOOKS and for TECH< but it is NO MATCH for REAL AWD! or even 4 WD which is a bit DIFFERENT! Teh KIA warranty is OUTSNADING< but I would get a used TWIN TURBO VMW in a FEW HEARTBEATS or an AUDI X3 or X5 in a few More heart beats! They are BULLET PRROF if you FOLOOW THE RULES by using EUROPEAN FULLY SYNTH oil and CHANGE all the FLUIDS every 100,000 miles and the BRAKE fluid every 2 years! ti will last INDEFINITELY until some JACK *** bumps you in the PARKING LOT! with a RUSTY OLD GM POS car! It's "Traction Control", and it's not a substitute or even comparable to AWD or 4WD

Most modern Jeeps or any car for that matter with have bluetooth and traction control anyway. 

Well, the Kia isn't as high maintenance or as expensive to repair, so it definitely has that in its favor

why , after all smaller cars as safe as big cars , and  jeeps and kia are involved in crashes anyway , i would consider the basic cars and not all those expensive add ons .

I think kia is much better than jeep.

I'd say the Kia is best but if happy with what you have, who cares which one is best. 

I drove a Kia for 10 years and loved it.  I tried several Jeep models before I bought it and hated them. They didn't ride well at all. My Kia Rondo was a beast in the snow and would go anywhere even with just front wheel drive.

Seems that each is happy with their purchase, so there is no need to argue.   Sometimes in can be ascertained which is better in certain circumstances.  For one of your friends, 4wd is important, for the other duel control of heat is important.
