Famous won't make you happy, and most people who try to get into music end up poor,

    QUOTE

“Wealth & fame amplifies whatever is underneath. If you are unhappy, it makes you more unhappy. If you are insecure, it makes you more insecure. This is why so many people start to abuse drugs and become addicted once they become rich.

If you are secure and at peace inside, wealth turns you into a philanthropist.

In a way, wealth and fame are like marriage. None of these will make you happy unless you are already happy. And if you are not happy, they make you even unhappier.”

    END QUOTE

To become famous, all you need is a YouTube channel these days.  If your song goes viral, you might become famous for a week.  Then someone else will replace you.

If you want to go professional, you'll have to do it the old fashioned way.  Record a demo professionally, and send a copy with a cover letter to every record label you can find.  Then send copies again two weeks later, and again two weeks later.

A lot of performers claim they're not in it for the money and fame, and they're all full of bull shift.  They act as if record labels employ talent scouts to comb through YouTube and / or check out local acts in bars, and that's how they got discovered.  In reality, that never happens.  No company sends out talent scouts, because they don't have to.  They get hundreds of demos sent to them every day, and they don't take the time to listen to most of them.  Of the submissions they do listen to, most are sent a polite rejection notice.  Only a very few are accepted, and most of those don't reach any level of fame at all.

Put it on Face book and Youtube. Of course there's no guarantee you will become famous. By the way, it's "I have already written a song".

Put it on youtube, it will be able to be seen by the world.

Of course, you will not become famous - even if you're talented. The world simply does not work that way.

    Perseverance !

Winston Churchill said " We must endeavor to persevere ".

Many many, people try, only a small percentage do record a song they wrote. Others sell the song to someone else to record it.

May I show you a couple I wish to be an example for you Charlotte ?

You can search videos. Please look at Laura Nyro, and even read the wiki page about her. She was a song writer. It was her who wrote the songs of an entire generation. Used to be most all the songs you heard on the radio, were songs Laura Nyro wrote, others became famous singing her tunes.

Another as an example of an outstanding voice. Unfortunately only a small following. Take a look at Rachael Price and the band she is the vocalist for, the band Lake Street Dive. May I suggest checking her out singing as an example of her vocal ability ? Please search this line :

Lake Street Dive - You Go Down Smooth Mar 2, 2014 Celebrating the Music of Inside Llewyn Davis

    * Sing till your heart is happy, dance with abandon as if you are alone, and live to the beat of your own drummer. < I just made up a me-ism. They come to me often, Please make this yours ...... OK ?
