I just took 500mg of Diphenhydramine, what should I expect?

This is so stupid but I had a breakdown and took 10 50mg pills of dph trying to sleep and escape my problems. It was a big mistake and now I’ve been reading on what the hell ive done and I’m scared. I’m 5’1 and 160lbs....

    massive headache , colorful vomit , tinnitis from the dangerously high blood pressure ,  remorse .

    You can expect to get really nasty sick from it. If you have time drink a glass of milk then drink a 35 Oz glass of water and go in the bathroom and puke up as much of it as you can puke up. If you live through it you'll wish that you were dead the headache is absolutely terrible
