Start the engine and put on the turn signals and check them. That means walk around the vehicle and Visually verify that the bulbs are all working. You are likely to find a burned-out bulb. The Cure is to remove the bad bulb and install a new bulb!
Check your headlights and tail lights and brake lights and side marker lights if you have them while you're walking around looking. Maybe you need a friend to help you? Some people never check any lights and they drive around with burned-out brake lights and all kinds of other unsafe problems. I check my lights regularly, all of them. So should YOU.

One of the bulbs are burt out so it is noi working right. Put the blinker on with key in and running and check both front and rear blinkers and if you have a side blinker that one as well, one of them is out!

It is flashing so the relay is fine. The bulb doing the rapid flash needs to be replaced.

That's what happens when a turn signal bulb burns out. How about looking at the turn signals to see which one isn't working jojo?

It's either a burnt out bulb or your flasher unit is burning out. A friend told me this I changed the flasher unit with a new one problem solved cost me a couple bucks back in the day. Might $5. or more now. It's the four way flasher unit by the way. Phone a garage to confirm with them and they'll likely say yes. Good luck hope it helps.

A fast turn signal usually means one of your lights is burned out and needs to be replaced.
