THERE Are ONLY a few of them WORTH BUYING USED! They had LOTS of failures! ONE model used the GOD AWFUL GM IRON DUKE four cylinder! It ran OUT of power by 4500 RPM! It was DIEISGNED in WW II and SHELVED! The noes with the FAILED 3.7 engines are ALSO not reliable! Check CONSUMER REPORTS and I KNOW WHY! they LOVE to dump ROCKER ARMS! The BEST ones had the 4.0 STRAIGHT SIX! They were BULLET PRIOOF and RELIABLE! The JEEPS have CHUNKY feeling rides on most of them! The JAPANESE type JEEPS are more FUN and reliable than MOST TODAY they are using FIAT MULTI AIR FOUR bangers! That MAY be good, but it is TOO SOON to REALLY SAY! EUROPEAN engines are THE MOST reliable I have seen! As good as the JAPS and maybe even BETTER in most ways with LONGER life spans! JEEP like to TOSSLE a lot with LESS road feel and control usually! THE NEW ones are AWESOME but VERY VERY PRICEY! THEY had GOOD and BAD four wheel drive systems! A SUBARU OUTBACK is a MUCH better vehicle and MORE reliable with SUPERB AWD and EYE SIGHT to prevent accidents! You CANNOT even hit a DEER on the highway! IT SENSES It with INFRA RED radar and gets YOU out of TROUBLE! The JEEPS are mostly ore ILL equipped! ITS YOUR MONEY

I do if it's the older Jeep's, I really would like to own a Jeep CJ-5 or CJ-7 or a 1987-96 Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0 Liter six.

Wow these idiots saying chat reported? What a bunch of morons. Miserable freaks. Just report their answers.
I love jeeps!!!!! Hard top or no top.
Jeeps are cheap and practical. Plus great in extreme weather or off road.

I had a Cherokee new in 2000. By 2004 with only 24000 miles it was falling apart. Terrible suspension and even worse brakes and a Diesel engine that a tractor factory rejected as too noisy.

Jeep Wranglers fit my vehicle needs best. I'm satisfied with mine. I have a 2000 4 cyl 5spd rag top, and a 2011 V6 automatic with a hard top. Bought both new and haven't had any expensive repairs on either one. Most of their use is off highway.

They’re overpriced and not useful. The only one I like is the jeep gladiator, and even that truck is impractical.

About the newest thing that I would own from Jeep is a CJ7, and even then I don't know when Toyota FJ Cruisers exist
