Please talk with your GP (general practitioner), and he or she may give you a referral to an ear, nose & throat (ENT) specialist.  The ENT may evaluate or help rule out an inner ear (vestibular) disorder.

For certain vestibular disorders and/or balance issues, getting vestibular therapy, such as from a physical therapist or occupational therapist, may help with the symptoms.  Please, however, do *not* try to provide a self-diagnosis or self-treatment.  Some vestibular disorders may apparently worsen from specific exercises.
