Does singing ~70 feet about ground level make an impact on singing ability/performance?

I live on the 5th floor of an apartment, does singing that high up make a difference or is 70 feet negligible?

It makes a huge impact when your neighbors throw you out the 5th floor window.

Why would that affect your voice. Singers sing on various levels in hotels all the time.

Height relative to the ground doesnt really make a difference if youre in an enclosed space

If you're in the 5th floor in Denver perhaps, but if you're on the 5th floor of a building in a city near sea level it will make no difference.
