It's not the landlord's fault that you choose to blame others in your twisted way of reasoning that he can just borrow money to replace your rent.Grow up and accept responsibility for your actions or become a landlord yourself then deal with entitled losers like yourself.

You made one very interesting comment....when tenants ruin stuff. Why on earth should the Landlord pay to fix stuff the Tenant has ruined? The Tenant that ruined it should pay to fix it.

You sound very uneducated......... look forward to being given notice to leave and court evicted..where you will end up in a homeless shelter or more likely living on the streets

A landlord's EIDL does not relieve you from your contractual obligations and because he cannot prove that you are unemployed as a result of covid, he will NOT get EIDL.  When tenants ruin stuff, he is not required to fix them.  Mold is YOUR responsibility.  He is only responsible for the outside of the building, common areas and exterior property.  So what you have hard water.  So does almost everybody in this country, and the world.  Lint does not come from the washers bimbo.  It comes from the dryers and it is your responsibility to clean the lint traps. Your landlord certainly does not deserve - a tenant like you.  Deadbeat loser, entitled whiner.

bad luck either go elsewhere and get a new landlord or put up with it , plenty of homeless people around .

Save some of your money for cardboard boxes.  You will need one to live in once the eviction moratorium ends.

You are a deadbeat. Your life will never improve until you take responsibility for your own choices. You will be evicted and sued very soon and will never find another place to rent.

For the past 5 months you have asked questions about the same or similar subject.  Enough is enough!

My advice would be to start packing. You are welcome to go on a rent strike, the landlord is welcome to file for eviction with the courts. As someone else pointed out, the eviction moratorium is unlikely to help you avoid eviction, so start packing and looking for another place to live.
